Guestbook for Rodney Wesley Rippeon Showing 1 - 12 of 12 entries.

My husband lived next door to Rodney. When I started dating him, Rodney was always there to lend us a hand and had alot of stories to tell and information to share. He helped us with questions about real estate when we went to buy our home (which we did!). We are sorry for your loss. He spoke hightly of his children. I was suprised to see he has passed away. Our heartfelt condolences to the family. He will be missed.

I was one of Rod's teachers at Frederick High School. He and his Dad used to visit my farm. During all these years there has been and will continue to be a place in my heart for him and his kind, generous spirit. He always had a story or recollection that he would share with me when from time to time we would meet. I will never forget his grin when something struck him funny. He was a great boy and man.

Rodney was a co-worker of mine and I enjoyed the many times that we talked about life's challenge's and our heavenly reward that we are promised.. We are only here for a short time and now Rodney has received his heavenly reward. May God's peace be with all who morn his passing. He will be missed.

I think its a miracle that God called Rodney home again. A blessing for Rodney. A sadness for us. He was always willing to help those around him. He is now free of all the earthly challenges. He will always be loved. He set a good example for all of us! With a twinkle in his eyes and that little smile on his face! God Bless You, your family, and all of your friends! You will always be in our hearts and minds! Thanks for being part of the fabric of our lives!

Rodney was a delightful neighbor. He and I shared many acoss-the-fence conversations. Rodney always impressed me with his indepth knowledge of all subjects. I always came away from our conversations with new information. Rodney was a kind and gentle man and I know he will be missed by his family and friends.

Rod knew how to BE a good friend. We were close back in our twenties, but through the years if he heard something negative was happening in my life, he would call and ask what he could do to help. I loved hearing him quote long passages of poetry, what an amazing memory!! Loved hearing his stories and making some new ones together.

Rodney was a great friend to many. We most loved his quick smile, huge hugs, and stories that would always bring a hearty laugh. We will miss him, and we send our thoughts and prayers to Andrew & Becca. Love, The Walkers

Bill and I are so sad. We will miss Rodney tremendously. There are so many happy memories - his charm, gift of gab, enthusiasm for any new information and a friendship going back to first grade at East Frederick.
